Solution: Replacing the furnishings and restoring geometry
I suggested a radical solution: replace the standard furniture from the developer with a more high-quality kit that gives you the right number of pinpoints and adds functionality.
What was done:
The owners wanted to put the door in ventilation, so I immediately picked up a set with a turn-off mechanism. If the door was only a turn-off and there was no plan to change the furniture, they would have had the adjustment that a simple turn-on would be free.
The result
The door stopped blowing, cold air no longer penetrates the apartment, a convenient ventilation function that was not available before, and the owners can finally use the balcony door comfortably.
