Urgent repair of plastic windows in Minsk: a story about care
A young man came to me asking me to diagnose and repair a window at his elderly grandparents' home. From a technical point of view the task was standard: adjusting the hardware, setting the sash travel and pressure, servicing the mechanisms. I do such jobs every day. - Lubrication and servicing. I cleaned and lubricated all the moving units so the handle would turn smoothly, without effort.
The result: the window closes easily and quietly, and the grandparents are happy.
