Complex repair of windows: replacement of sealant and restoration of geometry (Minsk)

I was asked to address a problem: the windows from the very beginning of the installation were not working perfectly; they were folded, the shutters were closing with effort, and in winter it was cold. The owners had already settled, but decided to try and get the windows in order.

What's the scan finding?

• The compressor was wrong.There was a glass packaging sealant in the lobby. It was a gross mistake: it was too hard and thick, and it put too much pressure on the furniture and didn't provide the proper sealing.
• The cooking plates under the glass pack were installed incorrectly.Somewhere they were missing, somewhere they moved, which is why the brackets didn't have a clear geometry; they were bent.
• As a result, the pressure was broken,The windows were folded and the mechanisms were working with overload.

What was done as part of the repair?

I've done a whole set of work to get the windows back to their functions:

• Replace the sealant.Carefully removed the old, unsuitable seal and installed a new, correct one, designed for the container.
• Restoring the geometry of the barrel.He removed the sticks, pulled out the glass packets and moved the support plates to the right places, achieving the perfect rectangular shape of each crevice.
• Set the button.He adjusted the chapters (excentric) throughout the perimeter to ensure a uniform and sufficient alignment of the bars to the frame.

After all the work, the windows were easy to close, tight, without any screws, and now they're finally doing their job 100%.
