What is the winter and summer regimen really?

Strictly speaking, there are no special seasonal modes in the design of the window. Furniture manufacturers provide the possibility of adjusting the force of the sliding of the shutter to the frame using eccentric (caps). This is necessary to compensate for the wear of the sealant or small deformations, as well as to adjust the window to the individual user sensations.

When properly assembled and mounted, the sealant must be in a medium (neutral) position, and the sealant must be compressed by about 1 mm, which is what the manufacturer has intended, and is sufficient for the sealant to be sealed.

Where did the myth about seasonal adjustment come from?

If the window is assembled with a geometrical fault (the frame is bent, the armor is weak) or if the frame is "stretched", a crack can occur in winter due to temperature distortions. The owner notices that the window is blown and starts looking for a solution. Someone advises to turn the shutters to the maximum — and indeed, the cage temporarily disappears.

When you really need a push adjustment
