What to do: open and close the window — the movement should be smooth, without sticking or effort. Check the gaps between the sash and frame around the whole perimeter; they should be even. Check the pressure: clamp a sheet of paper with the sash and try to pull it out — if the paper comes out easily, the pressure is loose. If needed, adjust the sash with the eccentrics (cams) and the adjustment screws.
4. Cleaning the drainage holes
Clean the drainage channels (at the bottom of the frame) with a thin wooden stick or a plastic tube. Don't use metal — you'll scratch the channel. Flush with water from a syringe and check how the water drains. How often: 1–2 times a year (spring and autumn).
5. Washing the profiles and glass units
